Levine Realty takes a personal interest in its managed properties. Experienced staff is available to assist the client and its tenants with high-level customer service. The entire staff is familiarized with each property and works hand-in-hand with other management and maintenance staff to be certain that the client’s and tenant’s needs are addressed in a timely manner.
Property management and brokerage work closely together, assessing the physical appeal of a property, gathering prospects’ economic information and identifying the specific needs of tenants or prospects. This information is then presented to the owner for consideration. By maintaining close relationships with our clients through frequent personal contact, we hope that tenants appreciate and value the attention that a local management company can provide and accordingly, seek long term tenancies during future lease negotiation.
The experienced administrative staff is well-trained to perform all accounting services, prepare budgets and provide support to clients and tenants with special attention to detail. Additionally, they can provide periodic reports summarizing the property’s performance for the owner.
